"what's this" help missing for when an item is selected #9

  1. press 'z' for zap
  2. position cursor over a wand
  3. look at the keyboard help to learn how to activate the selected item
  4. fail to learn how to activate the selected item

I think I accidentally hovered over a disabled item.
