Just need a separate collection(s) for the assocs and then will apply logic in separate step.

[x] Deal with blank overrides for stp overlays
[x] Add functionality to apply assocs to schedules in the db
[x] Add funtionality to deal with STP N (or check its there)
[x] Finish db cleanup function that removes overridden schedules
[x] Check search criteria for overwritten sched records, dont want to use start date
