E.g. A TT parsed from CIF file could have allocations for that day added from RTT

Would this be something that can be ran outside of the TT creation or a configurable option within the process?

Just needs more thorough testing and then it should be ready

Documentation is the only outstanding bit. Should create a proper template for the spec file before merging.
