Tidy up the docs/readme #15

Things to note:

I've deleted /docs/readme as it was a duplicate of /README.md.
I've moved /docs/license to /LICENSE.txt. It's where most people put their license file, for visibility's sake, but I'm happy to revert this.
I've tidied up the requirements section a bit, let me know if you want me to tweak/revert this. I may have been over zealous.

I did revert the license to be in the docs directory (I really dislike anything landing in the root directory), and I put back two references to why specific versions are needed. I agree with the rest of the patch, and can't thank you enough for the help!
