Cannot apply SOH Pro #100

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start a regular campaign, choose a class with SOH, earn/cheat yourself a 
level.
2. Select "SOH Pro" from the level-up options.
3. It will not apply the perk.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RGH_1_12_Beta1_Skulltag, v0.98D, Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
