Spectator mode is buggy #84

Spectators are realy bugging in rgh like: blood screen appears random, press 
Ctrl to change class while respawnming stunk on screen in coop spy mode (only 
for spectators), (in playing mode only online) weapons some time descync (for 
example: i can shot a m4a1 whit no ammo   )
