Cannot navigate backwards from yellow perk selection #98

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go into any gamemode, create a class.
2. Once you get to the yellow perk selection (Commando, sit-rep, etc), try to 
go back to the previous menu.
3. It will skip over the "back" option.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RGH_1_12_Beta1_Skulltag, v0.98D, Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
