Display 24 hour in event form #100

Hi all, and thanks for this calendar.
 I want to have 24 hour display in event edition instead of Am, Pm but it
doesn't work. I'm using the use24Hour option but it work only for the calendar.

For this you need to set a different time format using the timeFormat option. 
This will 
then be used for all time formatting in the display. This is slightly confusing 
but the 
display in the left timeslot column is independent of the config for the 
calendar events 
themselves.
