CSS wrong rendered when printed #114

hello!

today I tried printing your calender, but then i realized there are some
CSS problems - in the browser it renders perfectly, but when printed the
hour cell's doesn't seem to fit the grid.

Please have a look at the attached screenshot, i've tried for a couple of
hours to fix this - but didn't succeed. 

The only time it renders correctly @ printing is with Safari on mac -
chrome and ff doesn't do so, and the same thing happens with ff on win.
