Option to remove line breaks from day headings #119

It would be helpful to have an option to remove line breaks from the
headings at the top of each day (something I need to do to minimise
vertical height of the control). This could either be part of the
dateFormat option (i.e. you could include \n or <br /> in there to specify
a line break if you want one), or a simple setting that prevents it from
being rendered. At the moment it's necessary to either manually edit the
plugin (and apply any changes after each upgrade) or post-process the
markup after the calendar has rendered.
