Evaluate & add support for jquery-ui theming #19

This should only be optional. Also need to check whether the theme elements
will support or even make sense for the elements used by the calendar.

I'm still thinking on this but think it's probably not going to happen. There 
are too
many variables that make the jquery ui themes too restrictive to be all that 
useful.
Given how straight forward it is to theme the calendar, it's probably best to 
keep
the calendar look and feel basic and let developers implement their own theme.
