class for hovered row #45

when the mouse is over 3pm, say, it would be good to have the entire row
highlighted, to make it easier to see what time is hovered.

I'll look at making this an option although I need to consider how this will 
'feel'.
 I'm inclined to follow google calendar's lead on these sorts of things and given
that they don't do it i'm not sure yet. I think the best solution may be to 
only do
it when hovering over the actual time header column on the far left rather than 
when
in the calendar grid itself so that it doesn't confuse other interactions. No
promises but i'll look into it.
