Ability to display only working days in the week #75

New config option allowing user to choose how many days should be displayed
 - default 7 or just 5 working days.
Attached is the updated jquery.weekcalendar.js file with the new option
"daysToShow" added (default to 7)

Thanks for submitting this patch.  This appears to work well and is much 
simpler than
i'd expected it would need to be.
