Expose the setData widget function #87

Using ASP.NET MVC, the defaults for the weekcalendar implementation are
defined in a partial control. On display pages, the partial control is
brought in, but then the remainder of the events and settings need to be
set for the page implementation.

Exposing the setData would also allow the calendar properties to be
dynamically modified.

If there is a different way to do this, please let me know.
