Turn off data and WiFi connections

Remove Google play services from Application

Install g. P. S. Apk downloaded before

Turn data on and disable every update from Google play store

Repeat procedure with Android sdk

On My Phone it works again

Someone did it without adb connection with sdk extras. The drawback is : it's not possible to to allow the Play Store to do automatic updates and, if necessary, to select carefully to update by hand the apps, which does not require implicit updates of google play services.
