Car stream shws in AA but but the play and next button dont do anything #236

The app shows in AA, but nothing is showing from car stream , note says press the last button in the bottom bar . Pressed is and nothing happens. Also in car stream notices that that version number is being displayed where as in the video there is a text to send to AA.

Same problem. If you run YouTube on the phone sound is working.. but app is not working in AA as youtube but only as some sound interceptor..

we have this issue also, followed all the steps to turn on developer mode in AA and i can see the carstream app in android auto list of apps but all i see is a message saying click the last button on the bottom toolbar" etc etc, in the carstream app on the phone there is no option to send the video to car. how do we get this working?

Got the exact same issue on my Galaxy S10+, Android 9, AA 4.6.593324 release.

Same here and downgrading to AA 4.6.593334 does not help.
