Publish a new release (version `0.1.10`) to maven central #118

Thanks for your efforts on the project. I'm facing an issue with serialization, which was fixed by #37. But the latest release 0.1.9 contains this commit https://github.com/thekrakken/java-grok/commit/37198ddad29e2e266e57ac87a6c063a729875ff5 which reverted that change.

I see #110 added it back and is merged last year, would it be possible to publish a new release?
