Your Gstreamer installation is missing a plug-in #1

I installed version 2.12 on my ubuntu 16.10 system (unity) using this ppa: ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8

When I try to play an internet audio stream of the *.m3u format, I get the above error. (For example, http://ah.fm/192k.m3u for the station "AH.FM".)

I have all the gstreamer-1.0 plugins installed (good, bad, and ugly).

(Radio Tray 0.7.3 works just fine, I have this problem only with Radio Tray Lite).
