More packages required for building on Ubuntu 16.04 #10

Apart from what you suggested in the README, I had to install these additional packages to start the build:

libxml2-dev
libcurl4-openssl-dev (instead of libcurl3)
gtkmm-3.0-dev
build-essential (not sure if it actually helped)
libgtk-3-dev (not sure if it actually helped)

Hi!

Actually I've mentioned in the README that you need to install -dev versions. Exact names may depend on the used Linux distribution, so I decided not to use them.
