Wiki page Restoring-a-single-node not aligned with CLI options #206

There are two differences that I found between the wiki page "Restoring-a-single-node.md" and the actual CLI options for medusa restore-node:

  1. Wiki does not state that --remote can be used to negate the default --in-place option (I'm not sure that it works at all, but that will go into another issue that I'm going to open)
  2. At the bottom of the wiki page there's a whole paragraph about the --fqdn option, which as far as I can tell doesn't exit, neither as a CLI option nor inside the code.
