I was able to manually test this.

• I provisioned 3 aws nodes.
• I configured the nodes to allow identity-based ssh connections between themselves.
• Installed cassandra 3.11, made them a 3-node cluster, and loaded it with some data.
• Installed medusa off this branch.
• Had some issues with setuptools version, but that's out of scope here.
• Successfully ran backup-cluster and restore-cluster commands.
