How to deploy change #631 to make cassandra-reaper 2.3.1-1 work with apache cassandra 2.1.8? #1125

Spotted on 2.3.1 (59debca)

Try to add new schedule, get the error like

Caused by: javax.management.AttributeNotFoundException: No such attribute: CompactionParameters

The reaper is reaper.x86_64 2.3.1-1 The cassandra are cassandra21.noarch 2.1.8-1 cassandra21-tools.noarch 2.1.8-1

We can add the cassandra cluster, just when we try to add the new scheduler, it got the problem. Exactly like the issue https://github.com/thelastpickle/cassandra-reaper/pull/631

Can you help guide us how to fix it?

@fzhougithub, may I recommend to upgrade to a later Cassandra version, even if in the 2.1.x branch? There are multiple issues with 2.1.8, many related to repairs specifically.
