As a user in a public area I want the ability to toggle visibility of sensitive information So that it is hidden from prying eyes

Acceptance Criteria

If a table is in edit mode: table fields, such as currency and notes should be displayed as password fields.
- name fields should be displayed as password fields
If a table is read-only: sensitive information should be replaced with '< Hidden >'
Graph data should be hidden
