Rebuilding the entire container and Fontship itself every time a font rebuilds is wasteful and error prone.
GitHub does (finally) have a way to work around this and re-use their own container registry images for regular uses actions.
Using this requires enabling the Beta feature for which @micahbrich I need another feature enabled. From this settings page. Check off "Enable improved container support", and allow public packages.
