updated to use cljs, bumped up library versions #56

I ended up updating bouncer for a project to use cljc and thought it might be useful. If the pr is too busy, feel free to just close.

Thanks for updating bouncer to use .cljc! Travis was broken as you had renamed the test alias - I've fixed it and merged.

Will push out a new release later in the week.
