Statement does not compile #1

The statement "Up with this I shall not put!" does not compile. Is there a problem with the parser?

I'm running into the opposite issue: "Colorless green ideas sleep furiously" does compile, when it obviously shouldn't!

Have you tried rebooting the temporal lobe?
