Some CMake fixes / additions from the OGS project #108

Dear Thomas,

we are now using MGIS at the rliv-2.0 branch with some additions and would like to ask you to incorporate them upstream.

Beside the FindTFEL.cmake-commit the changes are rather small and unintrusive.

I merged your pull request. However, I did not notice that your patches requires TFEL to be installed. Otherwise, the cmake fails. I will change that.
