Sorry for that some lines split in different places. I had to copy-paste the text to different software and back. Use the review, if you disagree with some edits and I will change them back.

Dear Tero, thank you very much for your feed-back. However, I already merged some changes by T. Nagel which makes difficult using github' merge tool. So I downloaded your version and mergied it manually using meld. So, I accepted most of your changes but don't accept your pull-request :) Thomas
