auto_add_pk behavior not supported #21

The TheliaStudio generators do not support the auto_add_pk Propel behavior.

The generated id field is present in the model (and the forms as far as I can tell), but not in the loop, event and action, which make them unusable.

Good one, I didn't know there was this behavior in Propel 2. I'll fix that ;)
