Independence!

We should let modloader be a independent library, so anyone could use it for any game or anything.

Things that need to be done for this:

• [ ] Opaque C interface (see #35).
• [ ] The interface must allow adding plugins without the need of a separate dll.
• [ ] Interface to implement menus off the core.
• [ ] Remove San Andreas hooks from the core.
• [ ] Remove San Andreas menu from the core.

We could then, even make a separate repository between the core and the gta plugins.

The scope of this project has been well defined for a long time now. It's meant for GTA 3D era games. See #94.
