Consider including an ASI Loader

To avoid the need of such a important component needing to download an ASI Loader separately we could either:

• Include an ASI Loader made by 3rd ones (Silent's ASI Loader for SA and Ultimate ASI Loader for III/VC) in the distribution.
  • CLEO does this.
  • How to properly separate between III/VC and SA version?
• Include Ultimate ASI Loader in our core, but not to load ASIs, just myself. So any dll name would work: *.asi, d3d9.dll, dsound.dll and so on.

Maybe we should go the first way in the mean time we are SA-only and then, when we get to support III/VC, go the second way.

Of course everything with proper credits.
