It just duplicates Assembly code and limits some stuff I could do if I only have VS toolchain in mind. If one wants to build Mod Loader on a Unix system, perhaps try Clang with the recently released VS driver.
This is only valid for the gta3 part of this project, the core is and should be compatible with any compiler.
