Create faces and show on players views.

Faces added to load and save in the face bransch. Needs more possible variations before merge.

For eyes. put the code for eye shape and eyelid shape in two different match-cases. That way it is easier to combine them.

Aim for 5 face shapes 10 skin tones 10 hair styles 10 hair colors 5 eye styles 5 eyelid styles (not all combinations need to be possible) 5 eyebrow styles 5 nose styles 5 ear styles 10 mouth styles 5 mouth colors
