I prefer to be notified when certain words are said, so it would be really nice to add functionally to add custom highlight words, so we can be notified when they are said.
For me, I use irc with slack, and when people say @jgkamat I don't get notified (which is reasonable, since that's not a valid irc nick), but I would like to add it to a custom highlight word so I still get notifications.
