Add buttons to auto delay the order by a set increment

On Task modal from the Admin dashboard, there is a feature to manually change the estimated time range for the delivery. It is cumbersome to use. Let's add one-click buttons that automatically delay the time estimate by 5/10/15minutes

Action

1. Add buttons under the "Time range" selection box that automatically delay the time estimate by 5/10/15 minutes. Clicking the button should update the range listed above the buttons. Clicking "Save" should save the change and close the modal.
