Suggest removing solar disc before stretching/scaling image for limb+ features

Not ready for this yet. May cause problems when disk is not a perfect circle

Hi, Not sure I follow. I agree that an ellipse is what should be fitted and not a circle. That is what I do in R. But the resulting ellipse mask can still be used to remove the effect of the solar disc when trying to process for the limb and extra-limb features. Matt
