adding some CLI capabilities #2

Hi, this code allow to launch SHG like this : python3 SHG_MAIN.py /home/jb.SOLEX/2021-07-19/*.ser

It has to be improved to take care of working dir in ini file. (but I'm under linux, not sure it's a good think to think like this)

Last improvment is needed if halpha ray is near limit... fitting can goes further maximum.
