Updating to Ghost V5 #154

Hello,

I would like to update the ghost version to v5 since I need some of the new features. Is it even possible with this repo?

Hey @SeyZ in the end I decided to deploy Ghost V5 on Digital Ocean as it was a lot simpler than Heroku
