Make sure loading works even if bfcLoc is NULL. #49

Thanks! Would you mind porting this fix to release as well? With our server setup, we are currently running into problems loading tximeta in Bioc 3.12 (the fixed devel version is all good).

Great. Just pushed v1.8.1 to Bioc 3.12. Thanks for spotting this.
