Convert list from tximport() to SummarizedExperiment object #74

I exported salmon using tximport() and saved as Rdata file. Is there a way to convert it into a SummarizedExperiment object that can run in swish?

Do you no longer have access to the quant.sf files? That would be the easiest way.
