On an unrelated note, did you think of switching to BiocStyle?

Thanks, will push to Bioc devel tonight.

Re: BiocStyle, I don't like that it doesn't render in a readable way on mobile, whereas rmarkdown's default look great. I end up reading and linking to docs a lot from my phone.

We printed our vignettes on our dot matrix and we liked em that way
