Nate Noels @Joël Samuel Kapepula I remember why this task was never worked on. During the investigation and interrogation I had a conversation with WNS, who requested the feature via Ops, and discovered that it didn't really matter to them when a user changes the address as long as it is not after the trip has been created/generated.
The solution was then to block them from changing their addresses once the trip has been created or after the cut-off time. A report was also created to show how many times a commuter has changed the password, which have. They use this report to penalise users who change their addresses frequently.
Problem: Currently when a commuter wants to update their Home Address, the user can do so at any point on the Commuter Web or the Organisations Dashboard or mobile app prior to the start of their Trip.
Solution: As organisation admin I want commuters to only be allowed to change their address after before cut-off time or when the trip has been generated. If a commuter attempts to change their after the cut-off time the system should display an error
Key Acceptance Criteria: Check if the user has a scheduled upcoming loop trip i.e. single or multi pick-up Check if the trip has been generated If yes, display error message - OOPS! You cannot change/update your home address at this time. Please try again later or contact you Organisation Admin to assist. If no, allow user to update home address
