Audit Log Enhancement Proposal

Introduction

Audit logs are essential for tracking and recording activities within our system to ensure security and compliance. However, there is a key component of activity that is currently not being monitored.

Current Limitations

The audit logs do not track or record any loops activity.

Proposal Loop Creation: Every instance of loop creation should be logged with the following details: Timestamp User ID of the creator Name of the loop created Initial settings Settings Changes: Any changes made to the loop settings need to be tracked, including: Timestamp User ID who made the change Description of the setting changed Before and after values Admin Related Changes: All administrative changes within existing or new loops should be logged with: Timestamp Admin User ID Specific change details Justification or reason for the change (if applicable)

Incorporating loops activities into our audit logs will provide us with a complete view of the actions within our system, thereby enhancing our security and compliance capabilities.
