Charter Zonal pricing update

User story:

We have specific organisations which use different Charter pricing to the standard pricing(Per Km rate).

On the organisation edit page in the Command centre, a user can set charter zonal pricing, where they can set specific charter pricing for that organisation, this will be used to calculate charter pricing for these organisations.

The charter pricing setting is based on the following criteria to create pricing: Zonal distance pricing band (Like we do for Loop zonal pricing) Trip type( whether it is an Airport or a non-airport trip. ) Vehicle type: LULA standard vehicle options Pricing for client, and Driver payment rates

Requirement: A user should be able to set the following pricing for an organisation where these will be applicable when calculating the charter pricing to be displayed in the reporting and when the charter price is calculated Example of Tourvest zonal pricing Use Zonal pricing calculation. Update below create charter and edit charter pricing page to align to the Charter pricing sheet example: If set for an organisation, only when requesting a charter via the Organisation dashboard, the user should be able to select whether the trip is an airport or non-airport.

See the example of the update to the Organisation dashboard charter request here A new column should be added to the Charter report called Trip type which advises if the trip is an airport or non-airport trip. If a organisation has Zonal pricing setup(enabled) this should override the standard per KM pricing existing as default for all organisation.
