Once trips have been generated, send email the Operator Admin; this is to notify them that trips are ready to be assigned

Use Case: Operator is linked with company A and company B. Company A has 3.00pm cutoff time; company B has a 5.00PM cutoff time. When trips generate at 3.00PM, we send a comms to the operator, “Your trips are ready for driver assignment”. Trips for company B generate, we send the same comms.
