Active trips are not automatically completed after the pre-determined timeframe

What is the issue you experienced?: On Command Centre, active trips (both charters and loops) are not automatically completing themselves after the pre-determined 4 hours timeframe that was implemented. According to the trip logs, the driver started the trip, onboarded the passenger and started driving to the destination but did not complete the trip. One of those trips took place on the 18th of October, which is over a week ago (TRIP #193832)

What was the expected behavior?: On Command Centre, active trips should be automatically completing themselves after the pre-determined 5 hours timeframe that was implemented.
