Problem statement: We are investigating a solution to a call call masking business requirements.
To help us make an informed decision when choosing a way forward we would like to the volume of calls initiated from the driver app. These volumes can aid in deciding which solution based on pricing options will work best for our needs.
Requirement: Track the amount of time drivers & commuters use the call functionality. Please use the date range May to July(3 months) and provide the numbers for each month. This was when we had WNS and would give a more realistic number we can expect to use this feature going forward.
