Add Github release notes to the intranet Change logs

To display GitHub release notes on the intranet, include the following information:

Description of the task: Clickup ticket name ClickUp ticket link PR link Date of deployment to Production

Please ensure that the release notes are specific to the platform of the deployment, such as Commuter web or Command Centre.

In addition, it is important to remove the option for manually creating sprints. The release note data should be displayed but not editable.

Nate Noels Please put this on the backlog. This is non-vital based on the projects we have schedules and the amount of time we have. This will only hurt our sprint metrics. Intranet is less important than Command Center revamp, Invoice rework, etc. @Joël Samuel Kapepula Also please advise here
