User Story:
As a project manager, my stakeholder( Operations Admin user role) needs to be able to add a specific call-to-action (CTA) to driver broadcast messages so that I can ensure the appropriate responses or acknowledgements can be made by drivers. Currently, the platform only allows for Yes acknowledgement or skip.
Role: Operations Admin user commuting with driver on our platform.
Goal: To effectively communicate with and ensure the appropriate responses or acknowledgement can be made by drivers.
Benefit: Improved communication and increased productivity.
Acceptance Criteria:
The feature should allow the user to add a CTA to driver broadcast messages.

The CTA should be clearly visible and easily identifiable by the team.
The CTA should include a clear action for the team to take.
