Which platform is this for?: Driver Dashboard

Is this improvement to an existing feature in the platform or a new feature?: New Feature - something that does not yet exist on the system

What problem is this feature or improvement solving?: When we receive complaints about drivers behaviour or an interaction that took place, operations only hears 1 side of the story first. Allowing drivers to rate commuters gives them an opportunity to give us an idea of how clients behaves in vehicles and their side of a story if something should happen.

Please describe the feature you want and how you see it working.: Just as commuters can rate drivers at the end of a trip, the same pop up should take place for the driver to rate after the trip.

Please rate the urgency of this feature request/improvement:: Should have, for effective use of the platform.

What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?: This will help user experience all round.

User Story: As a driver, I want to be able to rate commuters/passengers after a trip is completed. I also want to be able to lodge a complaint against commuters/passengers that mistreat me or cause damage to the vehicle.

Problem: We've experienced situations during incidents where only one side of the story is heard via a commuter/passenger that rated the trip and driver badly. Upon investigation, we discover that the commuter/passenger was at fault. We want drivers to also have the option to rate their experience with the commuters/passengers.

Consideration(s): We have charters and loops which are fundamentally different. For charter, there's usually one user who made the booking, but for loops, there's usually more than one user who booked.

This will be problematic for Loops due to the number of passengers. unless drivers remember each commuter's name, it won't be a good experience.

For charters it's okay because the booking is under 1 person but again, it might not be the person who made the booking riding
